Job Description

Softlogic Life Insurance PLC is looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join its Life Operations team. The selected candidates will support daily operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth workflow processes while maintaining high service standards.

Job Profile

• Support day-to-day operational processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending requirements and resolve queries
• Assist in handling customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
• Monitor workflow progress and ensure service standards are met
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required

Eligibility Criteria

• G.C.E. A/L qualified (School leavers are encouraged to apply)
• Diploma or professional qualification in Business, Insurance, or related field will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
