Job Description

ICBT Campus is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Student Relations Executive to manage payment-related inquiries and coordinate student support activities. The selected candidate will work closely with students to negotiate payment arrangements and assist in maintaining smooth academic progression.

This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support students and maintain positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payment-related inquiries from existing students
• Coordinate and negotiate payment options and solutions for students
• Support academic progression activities through effective student coordination
• Maintain positive relationships with students and provide professional customer service
• Assist with administrative and student support-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and communication related to student accounts

Candidate Requirements

• Strong command of English and Sinhala languages
• Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude and professional approach
