Job Description

ICBT Campus is seeking qualified and motivated Part-Time Lecturers in Business Management to conduct lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at its Colombo Branch.

Selected candidates will deliver lectures across multiple business-related modules while supporting students through academic guidance, assessments, and presentations. This role is suitable for professionals with strong academic qualifications and teaching capabilities in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures for Business Management degree programmes
• Deliver engaging academic sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and student evaluations
• Guide students in academic and research-related activities
• Maintain high academic and professional teaching standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory
• PhD or Master’s qualification is required to teach MSc/BSc programmes
• Prior lecturing experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent command of English (oral and written)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
