Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing internal audits related to gold loan operations. The role includes reviewing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal gold loan audits according to audit plans
• Review gold loan processes and recommend policy improvements
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all gold loan operations
• Develop and implement audit policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct investigations, due diligence, and special audit assignments
• Review new products and internal processes for compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent academic/professional certification
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in banking or finance sector
• Hands-on experience in gold loan audits is mandatory
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting, and finance principles
• Willingness to travel to branches for audit assignments
