Job Description

Singer Finance is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to handle front desk duties, manage communications, and support customer service operations. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors at the front desk
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally
• Coordinate with departments across the organization
• Handle customer service-related tasks efficiently
• Maintain documents related to business transactions
• Screen potential customers and direct them to relevant departments

Qualifications & Requirements

• G.C.E (A/L) and G.C.E (O/L) qualifications with credit passes in English and Mathematics
• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office Package)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality

Candidate Profile

• Age between 18 – 30 years
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
