Job Description

Vallibel Finance PLC is seeking experienced candidates to manage gold loan (pawning) operations. The role involves handling customer transactions, evaluating gold items, and ensuring smooth branch-level operations while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle gold loan and pawning transactions
• Evaluate gold jewellery and determine loan values accurately
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist in achieving branch targets and business growth
• Manage loan disbursement and recovery processes

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in Gold Loan / Pawning operations
