Job Description

Vallibel Finance PLC is looking for skilled and experienced candidates to join their Gold Loan division. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling gold loan operations, customer service, and achieving business targets in assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle gold loan (pawning) transactions and customer interactions
• Evaluate gold articles and determine loan values
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Achieve branch targets and business growth
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage loan disbursement and recovery processes

Requirements

Experience

• Executive – Minimum 3 years experience in Gold Loan/Pawning
• Junior Executive – Minimum 2 years experience
• Gold Loan Officer – Minimum 1 year experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of gold loan operations
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer literacy
