Job Description

Siyapatha Finance PLC is looking for motivated male candidates to join their Leasing Marketing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting leasing products, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market leasing and financial products
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct field visits and client meetings
• Support branch expansion and business growth initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• GCE O/L or A/L (higher qualifications are an advantage)

Experience

• Experience in sales, marketing, or finance sector is preferred
• Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
