Job Description

The Sales Support Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to ensure product availability, monitor retail performance, and support administrative sales functions. The role involves field visits, reporting, and coordination with outlets and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets and HORECA stores across Sri Lanka
• Monitor stock availability and product shelf positioning
• Track ongoing marketing activities and campaigns
• Build relationships with outlet and warehouse teams
• Document and report field findings
• Assist with export sales administrative tasks

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualification

Skills & Competencies

• Valid motorbike driving license and willingness to use company motorbike
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to travel nationwide
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Experience

• Previous experience in field merchandising or sales representative roles is an added advantage

Other Requirements

• Must be based in Colombo or nearby areas

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
