Job Description

CR Engineering Consultants & Constructions is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction site operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to plans and standards
• Monitor progress and report project updates
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in building construction
• Ability to supervise and manage site operations effectively
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
