KPMG Sri Lanka is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to support its human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative processes while ensuring smooth HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR policies, compliance, and internal procedures
• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities
• Assist management with HR-related reporting and tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-driven, independent, and committed personality
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Age below 30 years
