Job Description

DAMRO, one of the leading business conglomerates in Sri Lanka, is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Technical Officers (Civil) to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting construction activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring quality execution at assigned project sites.

Candidates will be required to work at respective client locations within Colombo and Gampaha areas, contributing to residential and hotel construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support civil construction activities at project sites
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and standards
• Monitor construction progress and maintain quality control
• Assist in site supervision and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes
• Ability to work on-site at client locations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Male candidates below 35 years preferred
