Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily branch banking operations
• Provide excellent customer service and support 🤝
• Handle basic banking transactions and inquiries

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 credit passes in G.C.E O/L (including English & Mathematics)
• Minimum 3 passes in G.C.E A/L (excluding General English)
• Age below 24 years
• Smart, energetic, and pleasant personality
• Strong communication skills in English
• IT literacy and proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
• Willingness to work at any branch islandwide
