Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced dashboards, MIS reports, and commercial insights 📊
• Drive Sales Force Automation (SAMNA) effectiveness
• Analyze GTM, AOP, and overall sales performance trends
• Manage data systems (SAP, SQL, GIS, Apps)
• Lead analytics initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Improve processes using automation and digital tools

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Sales Analytics / MIS / Automation
• Strong expertise in:
  • Excel (Advanced)
  • Power BI / Data Studio
  • SQL
• FMCG industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (English & Sinhala)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
