Job Description

The role focuses on driving project-based sales, building strong industry relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for project-based business
• Identify and engage with clients, architects, contractors, and developers
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead → negotiation → closing)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project sales / B2B sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience working with contractors, architects, and developers
