📋 Job Description

Maga Engineering is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building projects, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality construction work. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Supervise site operations and ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor project quality, costs, and resource allocation
• Oversee workforce management and site activities
• Ensure efficient execution of large-scale construction works

🎯 Requirements

• BSc Engineering (Civil) with Chartered Qualification
• Minimum 15 years total experience in construction
• At least 10 years experience in a similar managerial role
• Experience in airport construction projects will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to manage large teams and complex construction environments
