Job Description

The Academic Coordinator cum Counsellor will be responsible for coordinating academic activities and providing guidance to students. The role involves managing course delivery schedules, supporting students in their academic journey, and ensuring smooth communication between faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic programs and course schedules
• Provide counselling and guidance to students regarding academic pathways
• Assist in planning and delivering educational programs
• Maintain student records and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and management
• Support institutional goals and strategic initiatives
• Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a biology-related field
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability to support non-standard working hours when required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Age should be below 30 years
