DKS Builders is looking for a Technical Officer to oversee site supervision, quality control, and technical support in construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting reporting and estimation tasks.

🎯 Requirements

🧑‍🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma / NVQ Level 5+ in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology or related field

🧑‍💼 Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (construction field preferred)

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 🧠
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good communication and leadership skills 🤝
• Ability to work across multiple construction sites
• Male candidates preferred
• Age below 35 years
• Valid driving license (mandatory) 🚗

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site construction activities and ensure alignment with approved plans
• Conduct quality control inspections for materials and workmanship
• Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve site issues
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, materials, and challenges
• Assist in measurement, estimation, and quantity surveying tasks
• Manage materials and equipment usage on site
