🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams on on-ground promotional activities and lead generation
• Support Retail and CRM teams in marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate documentation and partner onboarding processes
• Monitor user behavior and website traffic trends 📊
• Assist in user testing and quality checks before product launches
• Provide operational support during campaigns and seasonal events

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong interest in digital platforms, marketing, and product operations
• Good analytical thinking and ability to interpret user behavior trends
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of digital campaigns or web platforms is an advantage
• Ability to join immediately and work in a fast-paced environment
