As a Junior HR Executive, you will assist in managing HR administrative functions, employee records, and compliance processes while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll and manage leave records & attendance 🧾
• Handle air ticket bookings & travel arrangements (local & international) ✈️
• Manage work permits & visa processing
• Support recruitment and employee welfare activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies & regulatory requirements

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Fully or partially qualified in HR or related field 🎓
• 1–3 years experience in a similar HR role
• Good communication skills (English – written & spoken) 🗣️
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
