🎯 Job Role

As a Logistic Assistant, you will handle logistics coordination, documentation, and inventory management while ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle logistics documentation and records 📑
• Coordinate with customers and visit locations when required
• Manage and coordinate shipment activities 🚢
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Communicate with suppliers on procurement matters
• Generate documents via ERP system (invoices, POs, sales orders)
• Liaise with government and private institutions

🎓 Requirements

• G.C.E Advanced Level qualification (or equivalent) 🎓
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Team player with dedication and commitment
• Experience or training in logistics (added advantage)
• Valid driving license 🚗
