🎯 Job Role

As a Senior HVAC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising HVAC systems for large-scale building and MEP projects while ensuring compliance with international standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial & industrial projects
• Ensure compliance with international standards, client requirements & company policies
• Prepare and review design drawings, shop drawings & as-built drawings
• Oversee project lifecycle including design, estimation, scheduling & material procurement
• Conduct research on new HVAC technologies & system improvements
• Provide technical support to project teams
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications
• Handle documentation such as vendor approvals, reports & submissions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & authorities

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 🎓

🧠 Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in HVAC / MEP Engineering
• Proven experience in HVAC system design (consultancy projects)
• Experience in large-scale or complex building projects
• Overseas (Maldives) project experience is an added advantage 🌍

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in HVAC system design & optimization
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • MS Project
  • Microsoft Office
• Experience in design calculations & system analysis
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, British & European standards
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling & cost estimation
