🎯 Job Role

As a Junior Executive – Compliance & ISO, you will be responsible for maintaining ISO standards, supporting audits, and ensuring company-wide compliance with policies and regulations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle implementation and maintenance of ISO QMS standards 📑
• Conduct and support system audits and compliance checks
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Perform risk-based audits (operational & financial)
• Report audit findings accurately to management
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Support planning and execution of annual audits

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field
• Part or full qualification in HR / Finance / Management 🎓
• Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing (advantage)
• Strong computer literacy 💻
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Age below 30 years
