🧾 Job Description

The Manager (Procurement) will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and maintaining compliance with government regulations and procurement guidelines.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and regulations
• Plan and execute procurement strategies for organizational needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing and vendor management

🧠 Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 External Candidates

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Business Administration / Management
  • Accountancy / Commerce
  • Or any relevant field recognized by UGC
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field

🔹 Internal Candidates

• Either:
  • Meet the external qualifications
    OR
  • Minimum 5 years of service in a Junior Manager (JM) category position in a related field

🎂 Age Limit

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates)
