🧾 Job Description

The Transport / Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing transport operations, logistics coordination, and ensuring efficient movement of resources within the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in logistics and supply chain management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transport and logistics operations
• Plan and monitor vehicle usage and distribution activities
• Ensure proper handling and movement of materials
• Maintain logistics records and documentation
• Support operational efficiency through effective logistics planning
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and standards

🧠 Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 External Candidates

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Transport & Logistics Management
  • Or any relevant field recognized by UGC

🔹 Internal Candidates

• Either:
  • Meet the external qualifications
    OR
  • Minimum 5 years of service as a Technical Assistant (Mechanical) (MA 2-2 Grade II) in a relevant field

🎂 Age Limit

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates)
