🧾 Job Description

The Investigation Officer will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting administrative and legal processes within the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and investigative skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to internal operations and compliance
• Collect, analyze, and document evidence and findings
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to rules, regulations, and organizational policies
• Assist in resolving administrative and disciplinary matters
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all investigations

🧠 Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 External Candidates

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Law
  • Criminology
  • Management / Administration
  • Or any relevant field recognized by UGC

🔹 Internal Candidates

• Either:
  • Meet the external qualifications
    OR
  • Minimum 5 years of service in a related field within the organization

🎂 Age Limit

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates)
