🧾 Job Description

As a Logistics Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics and distribution operations. This includes managing stock records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation for cinema-related distribution materials.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ticket and stationery stock records
• Prepare and coordinate distribution of:
  • Posters
  • Cutouts
  • D.C.P (Digital Cinema Package) materials
• Maintain and update inventory listings
• Record goods issues and prepare timely reports
• Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting procedures

🧠 Requirements & Skills

• G.C.E A/L qualification (Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain is an advantage)
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or admin operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
