🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams in planning and executing audit assignments 🧾
• Prepare audit plans, programs, budgets, and procedures
• Evaluate systems, processes, and controls to identify gaps 🔍
• Present audit findings and recommendations to management
• Ensure proper follow-up on audit actions
• Mentor and train audit team members 👨‍🏫
• Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting standards
• Ensure compliance, integrity, and confidentiality

🎓 Requirements

• Strategic level student or qualified in:
  • CASL
  • ACCA
  • CCA
  • CIA (Final Level preferred) 🎓
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Management (added advantage)
• Minimum 3+ years audit experience (internal/external)
• At least 2 years in a senior/team lead role
• Completion of CASL/ACCA training or CIA eligibility
