Position Details

Position: Manager – Marketing

The Manager – Marketing will lead corporate marketing activities, student recruitment and outreach initiatives while strengthening the organization’s brand presence across Sri Lanka.

The organization’s head office is located in Narahenpita, Colombo 05.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
• Full qualification in SLIM/CIM.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial-level experience in the service sector.
• Experience working in a target-oriented environment.
• Experience in marketing, student recruitment, outreach or a related field will be relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the corporate marketing plan with maximum utilization of available resources.
• Grow and expand the student portfolio of the organization.
• Develop and strengthen brand awareness among all stakeholders.
• Plan and lead school, campus and community outreach initiatives to expand the institute’s reach across Sri Lanka.
• Liaise with mainstream media and digital media platforms.
• Manage branches located across Sri Lanka effectively and efficiently.
• Support the achievement of organizational marketing and student recruitment objectives.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns according to organizational requirements.
• Monitor marketing activities and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Strong marketing and promotional skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team-player capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to any part of Sri Lanka.
• Good public speaking skills will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.
