🎯 Job Role

The selected candidate will lead and manage distribution, warehousing, fleet operations, and inventory systems to ensure smooth and cost-efficient logistics operations across all business locations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics & distribution operations 🚚
• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and scheduling
• Manage Central Processing Unit (CPU) operations including inventory and warehousing
• Implement strong inventory control systems
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and reconciliation
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Ensure warehouse safety, infrastructure, and compliance standards
• Monitor KPIs and improve logistics performance

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain
• Experience in Retail / FMCG / Warehouse operations preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Age below 45 years
