Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport operations, fleet coordination or a similar role
- Construction industry experience will be an added advantage
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation requirements for construction projects
- Monitor company vehicles, tippers and construction machinery to ensure efficient utilization
- Arrange vehicle schedules and transportation of staff, materials and equipment to project sites
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle operating costs
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Maintain vehicle records, fuel logs, running sheets and transport documentation
- Coordinate with drivers and project teams to ensure smooth transport operations
- Prepare daily and monthly transport reports and assist in controlling operating expenses
Required Skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management and transport documentation
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel
