Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Civil and MEP projects or Interior Fit-Out projects
- NVQ Level 5 National Diploma in Drafting Technology, or National Certificate in Engineering Draughtsmanship (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)
- Higher Diploma in Architectural Drafting or Interior Design
- GCE O/L with Mathematics and Science
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural, civil, interior and technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements
- Develop interior fit-out drawings, including partition, ceiling, flooring, layouts, elevations and detailed construction drawings
- Prepare and coordinate civil and MEP drawings, ensuring proper integration and identifying any design or site coordination issues
- Prepare and update shop drawings and as-built drawings, incorporating site conditions, revisions and project changes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, QS teams and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant with project requirements and delivered within timelines
