Job Description

Nisansala Special Training Center, operated by Brothers of Charity Services, is seeking a compassionate and disciplined Trained Instructor to support students with special needs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in vocational training programs and helping students develop essential life and work skills in a structured and supportive environment.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about special education and community service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vocational training activities for students with special needs
• Assist in daily training center operations
• Guide and mentor students in skill development
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with staff and management
• Ensure discipline and structured training delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L)
• Residency in Ja-Ela or nearby areas
• Valid light vehicle driving license
• Age between 25 – 40 years
• Skills or experience in vocational training sector
• Patient, disciplined, and compassionate personality
