Job Description

Wintex Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd, a leading supplier of textile chemicals in Sri Lanka, is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, handling customer orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team
• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely communication
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (sales coordination or administration)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
