🎯 Job Role

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth 📈
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and QA teams

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify and connect with customers in construction & infrastructure sectors
• Provide technical advice on product applications and benefits 🏗️
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

🎓 Requirements

• HND/NCT in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry
• Qualification in marketing (added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🤝
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Computer literacy and ERP exposure
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Male candidates below 35 years preferred
