Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. O/L and an IT-related certificate or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electronics and/or computer hardware
- A valid driving licence will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair POS systems, printers and vending machines
- Support the sales team with equipment setup and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Ensure timely completion of service tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with support teams
Required Skills
- Problem-solving skills for technical issues
- Basic electronics and computer hardware knowledge
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits
- Good customer service and teamwork skills
