Stonex is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to review drawings, prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs, and produce accurate client quotations. The role suits QS diploma holders, graduates and those currently pursuing QS studies.

Organization Overview
Stonex is a Nugegoda-based company with in-house Design, QS, Operations and Site teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently pursuing QS studies
- Good knowledge of BOQs, measurements and costing
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred; SketchUp knowledge is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, 3D models and QS scope
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and costing sheets
- Prepare client quotations and finalise PDF documents
- Coordinate with Design, QS, Operations and Site teams
- Ensure accurate, timely quotations and cost revisions
Required Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to prepare professional quotations
- Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
