Pearl Group Hotels is a Colombo-based hospitality group with its office at No. 505, Galle Road, Colombo. The group operates hotel and hospitality properties in the city and is currently growing its team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications and practical experience in the trade applied for (electrical, air-conditioning or painting work)
- Hotel or building maintenance experience will be an advantage
- Applicants should be 55 years of age or below
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Technician: carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, lighting and equipment across the hotel
- AC Technician: maintain, service and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems
- Painter: carry out painting, touch-ups and surface preparation in guest areas, rooms and back-of-house
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and follow safety procedures
Required Skills
- Practical technical skills in the relevant trade
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Reliability, punctuality and teamwork
- Willingness to work in a hotel environment
