Job Description

Nisansala Special Training Centre, operated by Brothers of Charity Services, is seeking female teachers (trained or untrained) to work with students with special needs.

The selected candidates will assist in educational and vocational training activities while creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for students.

This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals passionate about special education, teaching, and community service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and training activities for students with special needs
• Assist in daily classroom and training centre operations
• Help students develop life skills and independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and structured learning environment
• Work closely with the centre management and staff
• Provide care, guidance, and supervision to students

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Age between 25 – 35 years
• Trained or untrained teachers can apply
• Residency in Negombo or nearby areas is mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, and responsible personality
