HR Masterminder is recruiting for a reputed higher education institute based in Colombo 04, seeking enthusiastic Student Counsellors to join their team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing inquiries, and supporting the admissions process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and a target-driven mindset to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and provide guidance on academic programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students
• Handle student inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Support recruitment and admissions processes
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
• Provide continuous support to students throughout their academic journey

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling (education sector preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
