Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training modules for contact center staff
- Conduct workshops focused on up-selling, cross-selling, and negotiation techniques
- Deliver soft skills training including communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and customer engagement
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business and customer service objectives
- Provide continuous mentoring and coaching to support employee development and performance improvement
- Facilitate impactful training programs using adult learning principles
- Lead diverse training sessions to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in training within the banking or financial services sector, preferably in a contact center environment
- Professional certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Sales/Negotiation will be an added advantage
- Strong command of English and local languages
- Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs
