Nyne Hotels is seeking a methodical and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations within their boutique hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.

Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to prevent shortages.

Quality Assurance: Inspect delivered goods for quality and quantity against purchase orders.

Organization: Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

Coordination: Work closely with the procurement and kitchen teams to facilitate timely requisitions.
Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. (O/L) and (A/L) examinations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and experience with inventory management software.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work independently.

Location: Preference may be given to candidates residing near the hotel locations (Bentota, Induruwa, or Ambalangoda).
