🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked items 🍩
• Support daily kitchen preparation (mise en place)
• Ensure timely production for outlets & events
• Maintain hygiene, food safety & HACCP standards
• Monitor ingredient usage and reduce wastage
• Work closely with pastry team for smooth operations

🎓 Skills & Experience

• Experience in pastry kitchen or similar role (hotel experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of baking & dessert presentation 🎂
• Understanding of food safety & hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Creativity and passion for pastry arts
