🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally 📞
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Provide accurate information about hotel services
• Coordinate with departments to resolve guest issues
• Maintain call records and update systems
• Achieve individual & team performance targets
• Work on shifts (including nights, weekends & holidays)
• Ensure positive guest experience through communication

🎓 Skills & Experience

• Experience in call center / customer service / hospitality (preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for shift-based work
