Job Description

The Staff Nurse will support airport medical operations by providing healthcare services, assisting medical officers, responding to emergencies, and ensuring a medically safe environment for airport users and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist medical officers with medical and administrative duties
• Provide medical services to:
  • Airport staff
  • Airline employees
  • Government staff
  • Non-government personnel
• Respond to emergencies and aircraft accidents
• Support employee physical and mental wellness initiatives
• Ensure a medically safe environment within airport premises
• Minimize wastage and support operational efficiency
• Perform duties according to the National Civil Aviation Public Health Emergency Plan
• Ensure timely medical response and patient care
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Three (03) year full-time Government Nursing Diploma Certificate issued by the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka

AND

• Minimum Four (04) years post-qualifying experience as a nurse

Age Limit

• Applicants should be below 40 years of age on the closing date
