Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of total industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Experience in site management and project execution will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Ensure workplace health and safety regulations are followed.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
