Job Description

H.E. Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established and financially stable company in Sri Lanka, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand its operations in the Maldives. The company specializes in construction-related products and services including waterproofing, specialized materials, concrete rehabilitation, structural strengthening, injection grouting, coatings, and finishing solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s product portfolio in the Maldives market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Promote construction-related products and solutions
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• G.C.E. A/L in Science/Mathematics or completion of a construction-related course
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented personality
• Prior sales experience (experience in Maldives market is an added advantage)
• Age below 50 years
