📖 Job Description

Grand Apartments is looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, quantity take-offs, and billing coordination for apartment construction projects. The role involves working closely with drawings and on-site conditions to ensure smooth execution, material planning, and financial tracking.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and interim bills 📐
• Prepare BOQs and detailed material calculations 📊
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and execution feasibility 🏗️
• Track material consumption and reconcile with site usage reports
• Identify and resolve construction-related discrepancies
• Coordinate with site engineers and management for valuations and claims

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering 🎓
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment or commercial projects
• Ability to read and extract quantities from drawings accurately
• Knowledge of local construction rates, materials, and billing formats
• Strong skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX 💻
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills
