Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory management objectives while supporting operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with forecasts and production schedules
• Coordinate daily production plans while managing operational constraints
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess stock
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams for effective planning
• Monitor stock performance and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and participate in S&OP processes
• Support data-driven supply chain improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Physical Science, or related field
• Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and production planning
• Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze data and support effective decision-making
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
