Job Overview

The selected candidate will support the accounting team in managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax-related documentation, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial statements and report findings to management
• Maintain documentation related to tax filings, provisions, and tax activities
• Prepare annual budget forecasts and cash flow plans
• Provide cost-related guidance for investment and pricing decisions
• Support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate transaction recording

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA/CMA or related field)
• 4–6 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Retail sector experience will be an added advantage
